Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Permanent Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom, helping our children thrive academically and socially. You will work collaboratively with a team that is committed to excellence and shares a strong belief in the potential of every child.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
• Assess and monitor children’s progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters children’s engagement and inspires a love for learning.
• Promote and model positive learning behaviours, supporting children in their academic and personal development.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute actively to the school community.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in teaching at the primary level.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to continuous professional development, with a passion for education and supporting positive learning behaviours.
• Be part of a dedicated team and supportive community that values collaboration and creativity.
