Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Permanent Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom, helping our children thrive academically and socially. You will work collaboratively with a team that is committed to excellence and shares a strong belief in the potential of every child.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
- Assess and monitor children’s progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters children’s engagement and inspires a love for learning.
- Promote and model positive learning behaviours, supporting children in their academic and personal development.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute actively to the school community.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching at the primary level.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development, with a passion for education and supporting positive learning behaviours.
